Round World is a coaching service operated by an independent contractor (“Coach A”). The name Round World is a project title, not a registered company. Services are provided virtually and are primarily available to users based in the United States but may be accessed internationally.

2. Use of Services

Our services are designed for players, coaches, and teams involved in soccer development. You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, or in a way that violates these terms.

3. Booking & Payments

Bookings are managed through TidyCal, with payments processed via Stripe. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Due to the custom nature of our services, no refunds are offered.

4. Service Delivery

Once your booking is confirmed and requested materials (e.g., video footage) are received, services are typically delivered within 48–72 hours unless otherwise specified. Delivery is provided via email and/or virtual consultation.

5. No Guarantees

Round World provides training advice, not guarantees of performance or results. You acknowledge that outcomes may vary and that Round World is not liable for injuries, performance losses, or misapplication of training advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (including development plans, video breakdowns, and coaching resources) are the intellectual property of Round World and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
