We want customers to understand the refund terms before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Because Round World Soccer products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to downloadable content, all digital product sales are final.
Refunds may be considered only when:
You accidentally purchased the same product more than once, or
A verified technical issue prevents you from accessing the product and we are unable to resolve the issue.
Changing your mind, purchasing the wrong session, deciding that you no longer need the resource, or not using the resource does not qualify for a refund.
Please review the product description before purchasing.
Bundles
Bundle purchases are also final.
Partial refunds are not available for individual resources contained within a bundle.
Coaching Services
Payments for coaching, analysis, planning, mentorship, or other personalized Round World Soccer services are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
