Welcome to Round World Soccer. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Round World Soccer website, digital resources, and coaching services.

By accessing this website, purchasing a digital product, booking a service, or otherwise using Round World Soccer, you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital Products
Round World Soccer sells digital coaching resources, including training session plans, templates, bundles, and other downloadable materials.
Digital products are provided for educational and coaching purposes. Product descriptions explain the general contents of each resource, but individual resources may vary in structure, length, activities, and coaching focus.
Purchases are completed through Stripe using external payment links.
2. Digital Product License
Each digital product purchase includes a single-person license for the purchaser.
You may:
Use the resource for your own coaching, training, planning, or personal development.
Apply the activities, concepts, and coaching information with players or teams you personally coach.
Print or store copies for your own use.
You may not:
Share or forward the PDF or download link to another person.
Upload the resource to a shared drive, team portal, website, social platform, or other publicly or privately accessible location.
Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or reproduce the resource.
Claim any Round World Soccer resource as your own work.
Use the resource to create a competing commercial product.
Assistant coaches, staff members, organizations, or other individuals who want their own copy must purchase their own license.
All intellectual property rights remain with Round World Soccer and Arif Karagoz.
3. Bundles
Bundles contain multiple Round World Soccer digital resources offered together at a discounted price.
The same single-person license applies to every resource included within a bundle.
Bundle contents may be updated for future purchasers. Your purchase includes the resources described as included at the time of your transaction.
4. Payments
Payments for digital products and services may be processed through Stripe.
Round World Soccer does not directly store complete payment card information submitted through Stripe.
Pricing is displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information when completing a purchase.
5. Refunds
Digital products and services are subject to the separate Round World Soccer Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
Digital product sales are final, except in cases of duplicate purchases or verified technical issues preventing access.
Coaching and personalized service payments are non-refundable.
6. Coaching Services
Round World Soccer may offer personalized services for players, coaches, teams, and clubs.
Service inquiries and calls may be scheduled through TidyCal or another third-party booking platform.
The specific scope, timeline, price, and deliverables of personalized services may be agreed separately before work begins.
Purchasing or booking a service does not guarantee any particular athletic, competitive, licensing, professional, or career outcome.
7. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer
Round World Soccer provides educational soccer coaching resources and guidance based on coaching experience and professional judgment.
Every player, team, environment, and competitive situation is different. Coaches remain responsible for determining whether an activity, workload, exercise, or recommendation is appropriate for their players.
Round World Soccer does not guarantee specific improvements, match results, player outcomes, selection decisions, coaching-license results, scholarships, contracts, or professional opportunities.
8. Age Requirements
Users under the age of 18 may purchase products or use the website only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 13 should not submit personal information, subscribe to marketing communications, book services, or use interactive website features without the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
9. Intellectual Property
All Round World Soccer materials, including PDFs, diagrams, written coaching content, session structures, branding, graphics, website content, videos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Round World Soccer unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Round World Soccer intellectual property to the purchaser.
10. Website Availability
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, store, resources, or services at any time.
We do not guarantee that the website or third-party platforms will always operate without interruption or technical errors.
11. Third-Party Services
The website may connect to third-party services including Stripe, TidyCal, Klaviyo, YouTube, Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Round World Soccer and Arif Karagoz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the website, digital resources, or coaching services.
You remain responsible for how you implement any training plan, activity, exercise, or coaching recommendation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
